As you work out, iFIT tracks your performance and automatically changes the 12% incline to -3% decline range, and 0-22 km/h speed range to exactly what you need, so every workout is hands-free and suited to your training. Add your own Bluetooth®-enabled heart rate monitor, and iFIT can automatically change your workout intensity to keep you in a target zone with ActivePulse™. Your iFIT Trainers are professional athletes and fitness experts. iFIT features over 10,000 workouts and is the world’s largest outdoor workout library. You’re not limited to running sessions either, just rotate the screen to follow your Trainers through a variety of off-treadmill workouts, like strength, yoga, HIIT and more. iFIT has also partnered with Ergatta to bring you Races, a new interactive fitness gaming experience. Ergatta’s game-based workouts put you at the centre of the action with rewarding gameplay, goals and a fun new way to mix up your routine. Race against eight real members of the iFIT community—intelligently matched with you for close competition—handpick your competitors or face off against your previous performances (latest iFIT OS and iFIT Pro membership required). The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 can be easily folded and rolled away to maximise the space in your room. When you’re ready to work out, press the black bar with your foot and the treadmill will lower to the floor on its own.
