SMR™ Silent Magnetic Resistance allows for quick, easy and silent resistance changes across 22 digital levels. All your important workout data is displayed on an easy-to-read 5” backlit display, including your heart rate readings measured by the EKG Grips. The NordicTrack SE3i is iFit® enabled (subscription included), allowing you to compete with your friends, easily track your progress, set individual goals and experience real-life runs with Google Maps™. Or, choose from 32 preset workouts to keep your training varied and entertaining. Other integrated features include a pivoting tablet holder, portability casters and water bottle holder.
