Its tread belt measures 51 x 150cm, and is enhanced with a ProShox™ cushioning that helps to reduce the stress on your joints for an injury-free run. A 7” high-contrast multi-colour iFit console clearly displays all your important workout metrics. Download the iFIT app to your smart device (not included) and you can access an expanding library of trainer-led workouts, automatically track your progress, replicate real-life runs with Google Maps™, compete with your friends and custom tailor your training to your specific goals (30-day iFIT subscription included). The TLX is also equipped with ActivePulse™ technology (SmartBeat armband required) which automatically adjusts your speed and incline to keep your heart rate in the optimal zone, and SmartAdjust technology, which puts those metrics in the hands of your iFIT trainers.
